(Includes hormonal workup, tubal patency testing, ovulation tracking, unexplained infertility, and early interventions like ovulation induction)
Male Infertility
(Covers semen analysis, male hormonal profiles, lifestyle and environmental factors, varicocele, sexual dysfunction, and advanced sperm retrieval techniques like TESA, PESA, and TESE)
PCOS
(From diagnosis to treatment — ovulation induction, metabolic correction, lifestyle modification, and IVF protocols tailored for PCOS)
Fibroids
(Impact of fibroids on fertility, diagnostic approaches, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic management, and treatment timing in ART cycles)
Endometriosis & Adenomyosis
(Diagnosis and management, implications on fertility, surgical versus medical therapy, and ART planning in affected individuals)
Optimizing Ovulation
(Choosing the right stimulation, mild vs. aggressive protocols, use of Letrozole, Clomiphene, gonadotropins, and individualized COS strategies)
Luteal Phase Support
(Use of progesterone, estrogen, hCG support, monitoring and adjusting luteal support in different ART settings including fresh and frozen cycles)
Embryo Transfer & IUI
(Timing and technique of embryo transfer, ultrasound guidance, mock cycles, IUI indications, preparation methods, and outcome optimization)
Surgery in Infertility
(Hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, myomectomy, endometrioma excision, septum resection, and male surgical correction like varicocelectomy)
Understanding Fertility
(Use of ultrasound in follicular monitoring, AFC, uterine assessment, saline sonography, endometrial thickness and pattern evaluation)
1. Core Embryology & Fertilization Outcomes
Covers IVF/ICSI procedures, fertilization assessment, blastulation, embryo grading, and predictive tools for embryo viability. Abstracts may focus on technical refinements or outcome correlations.
2. Embryo Selection & Transfer Strategies
Includes morphological and morphokinetic assessment, AI-based scoring models, endometrial receptivity, and transfer timing or technique. Emphasis on improving implantation and singleton pregnancy rates.
3. Gamete & Embryo Cryopreservation
Focuses on vitrification, warming protocols, sperm freezing, cryostorage logistics, and post-thaw outcomes. Submissions can address protocol innovations or comparative results.
4. IVF Lab Innovation & Quality Control
Includes lab design, culture systems, quality assurance, witnessing tools, and troubleshooting cycle failures. Abstracts may explore improvements in lab environment and workflow optimization.
5. Advanced Sperm Selection & Male Gamete Handling
Covers sperm preparation techniques like MACS, PICSI, IMSI, DNA fragmentation testing, and ROS reduction strategies. Includes emerging tools and technologies for male factor infertility.
Topics that do not fit neatly into the above themes but are relevant to the field of reproductive medicine, embryology, ART policy, training, ethics, or innovation.

- Abstract must be in English, free of grammatical errors.
- Up to 3 images or tables allowed

- Abstracts must be submitted online only. No email/fax entries accepted.
- Registration is mandatory for submission.
- First author = Presenting author
- Abstracts cannot be edited after submission

- Ethical clearance & declaration from HOD (must confirm originality and no prior presentation)
